How do we get started?
After purchasing your package you'll be sent a consultation form and one of our trainers will call you to book your first session at a time that suits you, then we get to work. We will design a plan with your specific health & fitness goals in mind and do everything we can to help you reach those goals.
How do the payments work?
During the initial payment process you will fill out a direct debit mandate. Any ongoing packages will be paid via direct debit. You will then be billed 4 weekly for your ongoing Personal Training.
Is there a cancellation period?
We don't feel we have to have a cancellation period. As long as you let us know you don't want to carry on or you want to take a break 10 days before your payment is due to go out you can cancel anytime.
Is there a session cancellation period?
Yes, please let us know 24 hours before your session if you can't make it. If you fail to do so, you will lose the session. If it's an emergency or a valid reason, we will not charge you.
What happens to missed sessions?
If you miss a session and you've cancelled this session outside the 24 hour cancellation period, you will not lose the session. They will roll over for you to use at a later date.
