Having tried gyms and slimming clubs before I was very skeptical that this would work but after an injury meant I couldn't do my favorite exercise, running I was willing to try again.

I chose AGW as they were offering a 6 week fitness and weight loss course so I thought I'd give it a go for the 6 weeks and see if I enjoyed it.

Well I'm now about to start my 4th course and it's been a game changer.

Everyone is really helpful, friendly and adapt anything I can’t do in the classes due to my injury.
They have loads of nutritional advice and it is great to know how to eat without starving myself and having some accountability.

As a woman in my 50s gyms can be a daunting place but I feel comfortable there plus fitter, stronger and slimmer.

Result 💪
