I joined the AGW Fitness and Weight loss program as I enjoy small group fitness classes.
I was not disappointed. The instructors varied the workouts each time, kept the tempo going and made sure that everyone was safely working out. Each of the three coaches was kind, encouraging and enthusiastic.

There was choice in conducting the exercises to individuals own strength and ability.
Body scans at beginning and end of program were available.
An added advantage to me was losing a few kilos, although the emphasis was on fitness and life choices.
