As a lapsed gym goer (by about 30 years!), I signed up for AGW’s 8 week weight loss & fitness programme with a certain amount of trepidation.

My goals were to lose a stone in weight & build up my strength & overall fitness so that I could approach my late sixties in the best shape possible.

I was particularly keen on trying the group personal training sessions & although the first couple were challenging, I found both Adam & Abi incredibly supportive.

We are certainly a mixed group of people, but everyone was so friendly & we laughed our way around the tougher circuits!

The programme has certainly pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I am on track to lose my excess stone & feel fitter than I have done in years.

I have already signed up for the next one too.
