When I started this course, I wasn’t sure if it was right for me, Weight loss was my goal and I have steadily lost weight due to the calorie allowance and being more food aware.

The instructors are fantastic, and nothing is too much for them. Fitness was something I believed I did not need to work on, but I did as I have lost weight my body has tightened up as we have covered every muscle group.

I would recommend this course to anyone whatever they are aiming to achieve, because the balance of it they cannot fail.

It is hard work, but nothing is achieved without effort.
