I gained quite a lot of weight when I had my little girl, and then COVID happened.
I'd tried a few things on my own, but was finding it really hard to stay on track. I'd previously lost about 3 stone on my own but this time it just wasn't happening.
I'm so glad I signed up for the group training at AGW. I decided that I wanted my main goal to be fitness and not hyper focussed on the number on the scale.
I would never push myself out of my comfort zone working out on my own, and couldn't stick to a routine. I'd go to the gym a few times then eventually it would fizzle out.
Being part of a lovely supportive group, with an excellent personal trainer has helped me progress miles beyond what I have ever done before.
I've enjoyed the first 12 weeks so much, I'm signing up again.
