Sweat

Sweat - is a type of interval training. It incorporates rounds that alternate between high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

 

Benefits of Sweat

Can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.

Can improve your oxygen consumption.

Can reduce your heart rate and blood pressure.

Total Body

Gym Workout

Total Body is designed to improve muscular strength and fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group using free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight.

Gym Membership & Workout Plans

As part of the Lifestyle you have full access to AGW Fitness Gym facilities during our open hours this includes a detailed gym plan for you follow. You'll receive a new gym plan every 4-6 weeks depending on your progress.

Building a community - Another side to this membership is the community we are creating. We will be putting on regular group events that will include:
