AGW STRENGTH
Thursday
9:15am - 10:15am
Strength is a good class for people looking to improve strength over time. This class is designed to help you gain strength, improve posture and burn fat.
AGW PEAK
Saturday
9:15am - 10:15am
Peak is a high intensity, sweaty class using a mixture of different training formats and equipment. Expect to leave this class feeling challenged and energised.
