2-2-1 Personal Training

If you hate training alone and enjoy working out with a friend or partner, or want a cheaper alternative to 1-2-1 Personal Training, then these packages are for you. You will receive training sessions that will push you and that you will enjoy and by training with somebody else you have someone to compete with/encourage you. This can make a big difference in your training.

You will get the same things provided in our 1-2-1 Personal Training packages – analysis or correction of poor technique, encouragement and direction, varied and progressive training sessions and help and advice on anything training and nutrition.
