This class is a system of exercise using mainly bodyweight exercise, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.
Tone & Shape
This weights based class is designed to build muscle, tone up and increase your strength, but will also burn a lot of calories as well. Don’t worry though ladies (and guys), you won’t get ‘bulky’ by doing this class, but it will help you build a nice toned and shapely figure.
If you have never done weights before and looking to change your physique, or love doing weights already then this is the class for you.
High Intensity Interval Training
This high intensity class is what it says, ‘High Intensity’ and you will be working really hard for short intervals, with rest intervals to allow you to recover just enough to go again. This class will have you sweating in no time and is a great way to keep your metabolism elevated for hours after finishing.
If you enjoy pushing yourself hard and hate long distance cardio then this class is what you are looking for.
Mixed Circuit Training
Our Friday night circuits class will set you up perfectly for the weekend, whether you plan to relax or go out partying. You will burn a ton of calories and go into the weekend feeling great after this fast paced circuit workout.
Great for those who can’t train over the weekend, or those that just want to relax knowing they’ve had a good workout before the weekend.
Our most popular class that has been going for over 3 years, is a great way to get active and enjoy training with other ladies. You can push yourself as hard as you want and also socialise with the other girls (who all love to chat).
