BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


Pilates

This class is a system of exercise using mainly bodyweight exercise, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.

 

High Intensity Interval Training 

This high intensity class is what it says, ‘High Intensity’ and you will be working really hard for short intervals, with rest intervals to allow you to recover just enough to go again. This class will have you sweating in no time and is a great way to keep your metabolism elevated for hours after finishing. If you enjoy pushing yourself hard and hate long distance cardio then this class is what you are looking for.

 

Legs, Bums & Tums

This class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

 

Cardio & Abs

This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as blast your abs. This class is good for people wanting a good sweat out and stronger abs.
