This high energy class is a great way to kick start your week, combining a mix of bodyweight, resistance and cardio exercises to get you sweating and burning a lot of calories.

If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, get fit and/or burn off the extra weekend calories then this is the class for you. 

 

Pilates 

This class is a system of exercise using mainly bodyweight exercise, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.

 

Body Tone

This weights based class is designed to build muscle, tone up and increase your strength, but will also burn a lot of calories as well. Don’t worry though ladies (and guys), you won’t get ‘bulky’ by doing this class, but it will help you build a nice toned and shapely figure.

If you have never done weights before and looking to change your physique, or love doing weights already then this is the class for you.

 

High Intensity Interval Training 

This high intensity class is what it says, ‘High Intensity’ and you will be working really hard for short intervals, with rest intervals to allow you to recover just enough to go again. This class will have you sweating in no time and is a great way to keep your metabolism elevated for hours after finishing.

If you enjoy pushing yourself hard and hate long distance cardio then this class is what you are looking for.

 

Legs, Bums & Tums

This class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

 

Cardio & Abs

This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as blast your abs. This class is good for people wanting a good sweat out and stronger abs.
 
Iyengar Yoga 
Iyengar yoga is known as Yoga in Action
It is method of teaching Yoga developed by BKS Iyengar who first brought yoga practice to the western world. It uses a variety of props to support, correct alignment and aid extension in postures.
This promotes flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Regular practice enhances health, vitality and the sense of wellbeing.
